Stage 1: Composite Plus Filter (HF-31)

Two-step filter reduces particulates, including sand, rust, and other fine particles from the water supply. This filter also acts as a pre-filter, protecting the subsequent filters. Recommended replacement every 6 months.

Stage 2: Nanotrap Filter (HF-32)

Specialized, patented filter features innovative nanotechnology. Made from 100% USA-sourced materials including nano alumina and cellulose fibers. Reduces turbidity, waterborne microorganisms, many bacteria and viruses, and particulates. Recommended replacement every 12 months.

Stage 3: Carbon Block Filter (HF-33)

Carbon Block Filter further reduces particulates, bad tastes and odors, chlorine, and VOCs, improving the taste of the dispensed water. Recommended replacement every 6 months.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
